DC record sharing
There are various wiki pages related to record sharing from DC.
Open Archives Protocol for Metadata Harvesting (OAI-PMH)
Publicly accessible Digital Collections (DC) records can be extracted via our OAI feed. There are instructions to access DC’s OAI feed.
Currently, there are is only one OAI feed for DC. The current DC crosswalk for our OAI feed is available.
Harvesting by DPLA
Selected DC records are shared with the Digital Public Library (DPLA) through the Ohio Digital Network. The harvested records are only from Rare Books & Manuscripts Library.
Harvesting by BTAA Geoportal
Selected DC records are shared with the Big Ten Academic Alliance (BTAA) Geoportal. The harvested records are from the Geology Library & Map Room. As records are often transformed from catalog records, there is a crosswalk for this work. The BTAA Geoportal does not use DC’s OAI feed. However, it does utilize DC records' IIIF manifests.
