Digital Collections to DPLA workflow
University Libraries currently only contributes Digital Collections (DC) records from Rare Books & Manuscripts Library (RBML) to the aggregator Digital Public Library of America (DPLA). In this initiative, we work with our partners at the State Library of Ohio who manage the Ohio Digital Network (ODN), the Ohio hub for DPLA.
University Libraries also benefited from two Ohio Metadata Mini-Grants, LSTA grants from the Institute of Museum and Library Services, administered through the State Library of Ohio. These grants supported the completion of two RBML projects for DC and then harvesting by DPLA.
