  • Is the recommended metadata addressed, e.g. genre? 

  • Are there errors or inconsistencies to resolve? 

  • Repurpose existing metadata? 

  • Is there a catalog record to repurpose? 

  • Is there a finding aid description to repurpose?

  • Rights metadata 

  • Does the rights metadata reflect the current determinations by Copyright Services?

Access Rights 

  • What is the preferred Access Rights statement to indicate to patrons how to contact curatorial units/subject specialists about restricted content?
