| Outreach 2021.04.22 Appears to be ad hoc: Periodically, they get requests to digitize maps for ILL or other needs. They do have a huge list of titles we want to digitized for the DC. A handful of items has been, but we want to get more done for the BTAA Geoportal. Minnesota actually digitized a bunch of Byrd Polar maps. |

| Made several attempts to produce a SIPOC, that always resulted in trying to define a desired state and realizing that while we have conducted a few ad hoc workflows, we currently DO NOT have a documentable workflow. This is a GAP we will need to address. |
