file

There are two options for adding file names.
Option 1: File names can be listed on same row as GenericWork metadata if there is one file or ordering of files does not matter (filenames with pipes between them).
Option 2: Filenames and their respective titles in succeeding rows. Use order column when ordering of files in an object matters.
Batch updates that are only metadata do not require this column.

bulkrax_identifier

Create unique identifier to use across the repository. In cases with item-level works, reusing the identifier is feasible. For file-level rows, one can append the file type or other string to the identifier.
This column is required in all ingest batches.

id

The id refers to the GenericWork, FileSet, or Collection id stored in DC.
This column required in all update batches.

model

CV: “GenericWork”, “FileSet”, or “Collection.
This column is required in all batches.

visibility

CV: “open”, “restricted”, or “authenticated”.

parents

This column instructs Bulkrax as to what files, works, and collections should be assigned to each other.
Files should have a work’s id or bulkrax_identifier assigned to them.
Works may have a collection’s id or bulkrax_identifier assigned to them.
Child records may have a parent record’s id or bulkrax_identifier assigned to them.

children

Note: MI has not experimented with this field yet. In Bulkrax, one uses either the parents

Use either the parents or children mapping in a batch but not both.
